VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR OFFICE SECRETARY

The Embassy of Nepal in Bangkok announces the vacancy of Office Secretary. The details are as follows:

  1. Position:                                            Office Secretary
  2. Required Number:                          1 (One)
  3. Duty and Responsibilities:           Secretarial tasks of the Embassy
  4. Job Nature:                                       Service contract
  5. Salary & Other benefits:                As per the Embassy’s rules and regulations
  6. Requirements:
    1. Educational Qualification: At least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university;
    2. Skills: Good working knowledge of basic computer skills, such as e-mails and internet, MS Office; handling of office equipment such as photocopier and fax; etc.
    3. Languages: Excellent in Thai and English languages.
    4. Experience in related work would be added advantage.
  7. Test Methods: Interview and practical tests.
