TWIMC for Intern students

Nepali Students who are undergoing internships in different Hotels/Resorts in Thailand as the part of their study needs Embassy's internship verification letter for extending their VISA.

For the verification letter, it is requested to fill the form before visiting to the Embassy through the following link:

Form for Intern Students

Students need to scan the following documents in one pdf and upload it while filling the form:

A. For the student applying for the first time: (Kindly maintain sequence as given below)

  1. Original Hotel Letter (must mention hotel name, address, student name, passport no. and duration of internship)
  2. Copy of passport (front page and visa stamp page only)
  3. Copy of Work permit
  4. No Objection Letter (from Ministry of Education, Nepal)
  5. Contract Agreement done between student and Hotel (No offer letter, seperate contract agreement should be between Student and Hotel after the arrival of student in Thailand)
  6. Letter from respective college of student addressing to Embassy of Nepal with a request for TWIMC.

B. For those students who has already got the letter and need the letter again:(Just 2 pages of 2 documents only)

1. Original Hotel Letter (must mention hotel name, address, student name, passport no. and duration of internship)

2. Copy of passport with latest visa stamp (one page only)

It is requested to submit at least 1 week (but not more than a month) before your VISA expires.

Transfer the fee at the following account from any Thai bank (200 Baht per student) and upload the transfer slip also.

You can transfer for group of students in one transaction (Total Amount=No. of students X 200) and upload the same transfer slip for all students.

Letter/s will be ready on the same day or the next day depending upon the volume of service seekers at the Embassy.

You yourself can visit the Embassy OR send your representative OR book a return courier/EMS/Postal service and send it to the Embassy to receive the letter/s.
